He sold us our first home about 8.5 years ago and was great, and then when we called him out of the blue one day because we were interested in a new house, he answered all our questions and dove right in to finding comparable homes and pulling data on sales in the neighborhood. He provided us advice along the way without us ever feeling pressured to rush or make a certain decision. Although we won’t need to do major renovations, he seems to have background in many areas relating to home maintenance/repair/upgrades, and didn’t hesitate to point us in the right direction whenever we were looking for help. He is knowledgeable, personable, and laid back. We hope to not be buying another home any time soon, but would absolutely call Arne if we did!
